Burner Express Air - Mountain View

Burner Express Air is a program arranging air charter service that will transport Burners from Reno, the San Francisco Bay Area, Southern California, Las Vegas, and other locations to Black Rock City and back. This program is part of our ongoing efforts to reduce traffic and make air travel more accessible and affordable and maintain a high level of safety of the Burning Man event.

Dusty Charter Inc. is not a scheduled airline or direct air carrier. All Flights arranged by Dusty Charter Inc. are operated by DOT licensed carriers. In accordance with 14 C.F.R. Part 295, Dusty Charter Inc. acts as an indirect air carrier to sell air transportation to individual passengers that have self-aggregated to form a single entity. For flights to any destination that are charters of the entire aircraft capacity, Dusty Charter Inc. acts as the agent of the charterer. This activity is held on public lands managed by the BLM.
